go on a long long walk
a life long walk
and in the end we realize
that we forgot to talk.

What if we, you and I,
meet out of nowhere
and live together forever
and when out of nowhere
the moment of departure arrives
we have a question in our eyes
did we ever meet?

What if we, you and I, see each other daily
And one day when the time comes
To see each other for the last time
Blinded by tears
We stare at each other
As if trying to recognize
With a painful question-mark,
Who was it who had lived with me?
Who was it who was more of me than me myself?
